Terence is a lawyer at Beijing Jundu Law Firm. He has represented several important litigation and arbitration between main contractors and real estate developers, investors and governments in matters related to the construction disputes, PPP investment disputes, etc. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Terence performed as the case manager, chief of the BAC/BIAC’s mediation center, advisor and senior advisor, senior brand manager, and chief of case management division and handled over 1000 arbitration cases and managed over 4000 arbitration proceedings during his work at the BAC/BIAC.
