Renata has more than eighteen years of professional experience in privacy and personal data protection. Extensive experience in planning and design of programs for the implementation of data protection regulations, and for different sectors; development of various documents and activities in the field, such as identification of data flows, gap analysis, policies and various provisions, analysis of security measures, preparation of consultations and documents before the Personal Data Authority. She has also worked as a consultant on personal data protection rights, litigation, and has coordinated projects related to personal data committees. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), of the Information Technology Committee of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI). She has collaborated in several publications in Mexican and foreign journals, including, among others, One Trust Data Guidance and Lex Mundi, on issues related to law and technology.
