Mr. Wang Xing is currently the deputy general manager of China Copper Corporation Ltd. and the general manager and CEO of Minera Chinalco Peru SA.
He holds a master's degree in business administration from Tsinghua University and has 23 years of work experience in the mining industry and 12 years of experience in large-scale mine management. He has served as the business manager of the Finance Department of Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco), the financial manager of Chinalco Overseas Holdings Co., Ltd., the financial manager of China Copper Corporation Ltd., the CFO and vice president of Chinalco Peru, the general manager of Chinalco Overseas Development Co., Ltd., and the general manager of Chinalco (Xiong'an) Mining Co., Ltd. He has rich knowledge and experience in corporate management, mine operation management, cross-cultural and cross-regional project mergers and acquisitions and integration, financial and tax management, financing management, corporate internal control and compliance management, marketing procurement, logistics, futures hedging and foreign exchange risk control, IPO, corporate mergers and acquisitions and major business negotiations.
