Fernando Salhuana advises companies on competition law and merger control law. He also handles matters related to unfair competition, intellectual property, bureaucratic barriers and consumer protection regulations.
He received his LL.B. from the Universidad de Lima Law School and his LL.M. in Competition, Innovation and Information Law from the New York University Law School. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at the Peruvian Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) and at top Peruvian law firms.
