Mr. Liu is an executive partner at AnJie Broad Law Firm. He got LLM from Harvard Law School and LLB from the Law School of Peking University. Mr. Liu is an attorney in China and the State of New York in the United States, a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong, and has worked for Skadden, Arps and Clifford Chance. Mr. Liu has participated in arbitrations at the BAC/BIAC, CIETAC, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), SCIA from 1990. He is also an arbitrator of CIETAC, SCIA and Nanjing Arbitration Commission/ Jiangsu (Nanjing) International Commercial Arbitration Centre. Mr. Liu acts as an independent director for three public companies: Beijing Emerging Eastern Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002933.SZ), Baoding Lucky Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300446.SZ), and Hubei Huaqiang High-Tech Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688151.SH). He is also a member of the Harvard Law School Alumni Leadership Council and the Center for China and Globalization (CCG).
