Ms. Liu Chang currently serves as the European Legal and Compliance Director for ZTE, overseeing all legal and compliance matters across the Europe region. Ms. Liu holds both an LL.B. and an LL.M. from Shenzhen University and brings over a decade of experience in the multinational corporate legal practice. She has strong expertise in legal analysis and dispute resolution. Operating within ZTE’s global compliance framework, she works closely with both headquarters and regional business teams to ensure full alignment with EU and local legal and regulatory requirements. Her work focuses on mitigating regulatory, contractual, and market access risks, thereby enhancing the company’s legal resilience and compliance capabilities in the European market.
