Ma Aijun currently serves as General Manager of the Legal Affairs Department at China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. and Arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission. With over 20 years of in-depth practice in the field of construction engineering law, he has led the handling of hundreds of major and complex litigation cases both domestically and overseas.
He co-published the Guide to Compliance Operation for Engineering Construction in Israel in collaboration with the China Construction Enterprise Management Association, and has published multiple professional legal articles in national-level journals. Combining dual professional perspectives of central state-owned enterprise (SOE) legal management and commercial arbitration, he possesses profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in construction dispute resolution, domestic and overseas compliance risk management and control, and legal affairs management for investment and financing, among other areas.
