Anar Ibrayeva is the Provost of Maqsut Narikbayev University. She is a graduate of Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University, Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, and the University of Leicester. A Candidate of Sciences in Philology, she holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from the United Kingdom, and a BA in Philology, specializing in English and Polish languages. Her professional journey at Maqsut Narikbayev University includes roles as Senior Lecturer, Instructor, and Teaching Professor of the School of Arts, and Dean of the School of Liberal Arts. In 2015, she was awarded the national title Best University Lecturer by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
