Ravshan Adilov is a Partner at Centil Law and Head of the firm's Kazakhstan office. He leads investment, M&A and private equity transactions across multiple sectors, with particular focus on energy and natural resources, telecom, construction and infrastructure.
Ravshan advises extensively on inbound investment into Kazakhstan and Central Asia, including the negotiation and drafting of investment agreements and complex industrial and infrastructure projects, with significant experience acting on transactions involving Chinese investors. He also sits as an international arbitrator on the panel of the Chongqing Arbitration Commission (CQAC).
Ravshan is admitted to the New York Bar and is currently completing the Executive MBA at the University of Oxford.
