The 2026 Astana Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, co-hosted by BAC/BIAC, BIDRC, the AIFC Court, and the IAC, will bring together leading practitioners, experts, and scholars from China, Central Asia, and beyond. The Summit will feature the release of the Annual Review and Preview on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China (2026) and provide a platform for in-depth discussions on key topics, including commercial arbitration, international investment, energy transition, construction and infrastructure projects, and dispute resolution in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative.As a forum for professional exchange and regional cooperation, the Summit aims to foster mutual understanding, strengthen investor confidence, and contribute to the development of a more connected, resilient, and rules-based commercial environment across Eurasia.
