The 2026 Tashkent Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, jointly organized by BAC/BIAC, BIDRC, and TIAC, will bring together leading legal and business professionals from China, Central Asia, and beyond to explore the evolving landscape of commercial dispute resolution. The Summit will mark the release of the Annual Review and Preview on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China (2026) and provide a high-level forum for discussions on Belt and Road cooperation, cross-border commercial, arbitration, foreign investment, infrastructure development, and energy projects. By fostering dialogue among practitioners, corporate counsel, policymakers, and academics, the Summit seeks to deepen regional cooperation, promote legal certainty and connectivity, and contribute to sustainable economic development through effective dispute resolution frameworks.
